SBTI (Smart Border & Trade Intelligence Platform) is a unified ecosystem for the Nigeria Customs Service. It integrates artificial intelligence, IoT sensors, GIS mapping, cargo tracking feeds, and trade community tools to deliver real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and evidence-based decision support.

Core capabilities include multilingual AI chatbots, contraband detection & risk assessment, cargo tracking monitoring, trade compliance scoring, community reporting, and a national customs analytics lab for policy planning and revenue optimization.
